Asian Tech Press (Jan 18) -- Hyundai Capital Services Inc., the financial services arm of South Korea's Hyundai Motor Group, said it had formed a joint venture with CGI Finance, a subsidiary of Société Générale.

Hyundai Capital said Hyundai Capital France will provide automotive financial services, including leasing, loans, and insurance, to Hyundai Motor Group's Hyundai Motor Co. and Kia Corp. customers and provide financing services to French dealers.

The joint venture is Hyundai Capital's tenth overseas financial entity and fifth in Europe.
