Asian Tech Press (Jan 3) -- California-based EV startup Faraday Future (NASDAQ:FFIE) will showcase its FF 91 Futurist at the CES 2023 in Las Vegas.

Faraday Future announced Monday that it will return to the Consumer Electronics Show, CES 2023, which will take place Jan. 5-8, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nev.

The electric car startup will showcase the FF 91 Futurist, a car featuring Innovusion's Falcon LiDAR, at Innovusion's booth in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Faraday Future said the company expects to begin mass production of the FF 91 Futurist electric vehicle by the end of March 2023, with deliveries expected by the end of April, contingent on timely funding of $150 million to $170 million and timely shareholder approval of an authorized share increase.

The U.S. startup has experienced ups and downs over the past year, ranging from a board reshuffle to a delayed delivery of its flagship FF 91 electric sedan.
